Shipping Policy
We deliver to contiguous US only. Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your package with free delivery for orders over $70. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales of customized/personalized items are final, and returns are not accepted for such products on jewelwe.com. Defective products in new/unworn state sold by jewelwe.com can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of the item delivery date. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items that show obvious wear and tear or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.* Please note that Expedited Shipping fees cannot be refunded.To return items purchased on jewelwe.com, please email cs@jewelwe.com with the following information:
- Order #- Reason for return- Contact email and phone number
  • Once your request is received, Jewelwe Customer Service will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions to complete any approved returns. Returns are only available for orders shipping to the continental U.S. and are done at the customer’s expense.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for return processing. You will receive a refund email notification from us when your return has been processed. Refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
  • Items purchased at a retail store, department store, specialty store or an outlet location may not be returned to our online store.
*Our priority is customer satisfaction, however, we reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges on items that do not meet the requirements listed above.
